DELIVERY FAQ

**There is a $20 deposit required on all slide rentals due upon booking. The deposit is deducted from the balance and is only refunded if a rental is cancelled due to poor weather conditions.

**We deliver, set up, and pick up....
We now serve the following areas ......Springfield, Holden, Albany, Livingston (extra fee), Denham Springs (extra fee),  Hammond, Ponchatoula, Bedico, Loranger, Independence, and Amite (within the town of Amite).

Delivery Information: PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING

• Mon-Fri : 7-11am for delivery and pick up is next morning (unless other timeframe is specified by renter) we can  accomodate just about any time if this is not convenient.
• Saturday: Friday evening or Saturday morning from 7-11am; pick up is Sunday morning. **If the party is earlier than 11am the rental will be delivered before the party.
• Sunday: Sunday morning between 7-11am; pick up is Monday morning. **If this is not convenient please call for other options
• Full payment is due upon delivery and right now we only accept cash and credit cards. There is a 9% charge for credit cards that covers fees. We only accept checks from schools/daycares, churches, and other organizations.
• Please note that due to the number of deliveries in several areas, we can not guaranteed an exact time for delivery, only a time frame (Saturday and Sunday rentals)

Please note... if we feel the neighborhood is not safe to leave overnight we will pick up rental between 7pm - 8pm that same day. Park rentals will be delivered and picked up the same day.

**RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGES TO THE UNIT DURING RENTAL TIME FRAME, PLEASE READ RULES CAREFULLY WHICH IS GIVEN AT TIME OF DELIVERY**

PLEASE NOTE: TO AVOID ACCIDENTS ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL UNITS. CHILDREN 3 YEARS OF AGE AND YOUNGER IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR WATER SLIDES
